This policy permits incoming casual or rated standard-start chess; capacity remains four with bullet games alone, excluding UltraBullet, correspondence and variants. Inference/scorer hashes and model checkpoint are unchanged from the earlier GPU snapshot. This is a policy-only source subset, not the complete later controller or a deployment bundle. CAMPAIGN_RATED is a mode flag, not evidence that continuous opponent discovery is running. Host configuration, credentials, state and private games are excluded.
